It was foul disgusting. The beds were terrible. There’s mildew there was garbage. There was disgusting air conditioning. They screwed me over the first night with no hot water was supposed to give me a discount and then didn’t and then argued and started hollering at me about changing my room unbelievable worst day of my life. I couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing. It was disgusting. I’m still pissed.
Staff member had me waiting for hours to get a change of room and then gives me a mildew room and then sit and yells at me about offering me one last room. That’s all she has. That’s all I’m gonna get it was unbelievable. I can’t believe I was treated so horribly. It’s my first time using Expedia. Apparently there’s two hotels hotel six and a super eight that are on the same property and it looks like they’re in foreclosure. Maybe they’re not paying people or something, but it was toxic and vile and disgusting.
I’m definitely sharing the experience. Total ripoff and I would never have left had I known that I was being lied to about the room change. It didn’t happen in the morning. It happened in the late afternoon and had me waiting around and waiting and waiting and waiting and then in the office waiting and waiting and waiting it was unbelievable only to get hollered at by the clerk like it was my fault I needed a room unbelievable
