The driver of the shuttle was so rude and aggressive. We felt very uncomfortable with him, so much so that we just got a Lyft the next morning to the airport. When we got there we were told they were running out of key cards, so we could only have one. It had writing on it from someone else’s room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The fridge in our room wasn’t working, so I pulled it out to see if it was plugged in and there was mold underneath it. The room itself did not smell clean, it was very musty. And the elevator had a hand written sign on it that if more than 4 people get on you will get stuck. Needless to say it was one night and we left early the next morning and I don’t plan on staying here again.

The bathroom area had 4 remote controlled lights that could not be controlled. Not helpful for couples when one uses the toilet in the night. Clerk did not explain where the elevators were. I asked about the shuttle service and she stated the times, did not add the need to pre reserve. The clerk at 4:30 am was quick to contact the shuttle driver, thankfully.

Not what I paid for

They didn’t have a key for several of us. A guy walked us to our room but gave our original room to the couple before us. So we walked in to other people’s room. Then gave us a double bed room which I didn’t reserve.

Room furniture was arranged so that there wasn't much space around the bed. Also, the AC never cooled off the room like it was set to do. Not the friendliest staff.

I paid an extra $30 for breakfast, and it was honestly a complete disappointment. The lady serving it was rude and not friendly at all. The “breakfast” included a small cup of cereal, a banana that looked old, and an apple — that’s it. No variety, no proper meal, nothing worth the price. It looked worse than what you’d get in a cheap motel or even a hospital. Paying extra for something like this feels like a scam.
