The overall experience was ok but the check-in process was a struggle. We had to provide the same information multiple times before receiving the code to enter the property. After a long trip, we arrived and we were standing at the door waiting for the code despite we arrived later than the check-in time.We were advised that some repairs need to be done while we are in the property which of course was not convenient. One more thing, we were four guests and there were only 3 coffee cups in the kitchen!

Great place!

This is a great place for a group of 3 or 4 people to stay. It’s clean, nicely furnished, and the owners are easy to communicate with.

The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.

I just want to start by saying I didn’t enjoy staying at this property. There was just so many issues I don’t even know where to begin. Upon arrival I failed to do the check-in process through the link that wasn’t working. After several tries to contact the host, I finally got the link to work. Once submitted the host informed me that my signature I provided through the link did not match the one on my ID I also provided. Then they instructed me to sign my signature on a piece of paper and send them a photo. I was very confused on the process because I have used VRBO numerous times and this was the most difficult check in process I dealt with. I spoke to the host and let them know I didn’t have a paper and a pen on me and asked if I need to go buy one just to check in. They stayed quiet. Eventually just sending me the code for the door. Then why keep me on the phone for 2 hours just to let me in. Once I entered down into the basement of the house above it smell like sewer or old pipes. In the restroom the was a lot of broken tile, hot water was extremely hot, toilet paper holster on the wall was broken, drier didn’t work so I had to download the app just to dry my clothes, at night there’s a loud noise through the pipes, you can hear everything upstairs, other tenants would block driveway. They also called me at 4am to tell me there was a noise complaint but failed to realize I had already checked out and I wasn’t even at the property.

Small space, big returns

The space is small, and the caveat of overhead noise is true. However, it was overall quite functional and very clean. The neighborhood itself was not noisy. Good rental for the price.

Good space for our planning meetings during the day

very clean and a good location close to our project. The folks staying upstairs were quite load with their foot traffic and moving around until 2 am or later both nights. Overall good experience.
