Last-minute booking in need of a mobility accessible room. Friendly and efficient staff. Only two elevators. One is tiny and the other is a bit roomier. It is an old building, so it can be forgiven. However, it was somewhat inconvenient. The room was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was easily accessible for my wheelchair. There were grab bars all around in the bathroom. A shower bench would have been an improvement, but that is a quibble. The bed was springy and overly soft to my personal taste. That is likely a plus for many. For those with mobility issues, it was difficult to get out of it. Generally, it was a pleasant experience.

I only spent 12 hours there and found every thing clean and in place. However at 1:42 am someone in a reflective vest knocked on our room door several times before walking away. My wife was shook and couldn’t fall back to sleep.
