I am writing to share feedback regarding my stay at the Country Inn from December 11–15.
My experience began with challenges related to the airport shuttle, including unclear pickup instructions and an excessive wait time. When I eventually connected with the shuttle attendant (not the driver), I was shown a photo of myself taken earlier while I was waiting without my knowledge, which made me uncomfortable. After nearly two hours of waiting, I requested an update, only to be met with raised voices, which I found unprofessional.
Upon arrival, the hotel property did not match the photos advertised online and appeared outdated. Furniture in common areas was visibly dirty, and there was consistent noise throughout my stay, including loud music early in the morning.
Additionally, during breakfast, I was asked for my room number while other guests were not, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and as a solo traveler, I did not feel comfortable during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the guest experience moving forward.
