Katherine at the front desk was incredible! The pool area lovely, the breakfast was very good. The room however was very dated. Did not realize we would have to do stairs with our heavy luggage, which was quite difficult.

The room was clean, but it was so close to the main street that we can hear traffic going by. That is the only downside of it. The price point was a pretty good price for a one night stay. Also, it was very close to the airport and we took a shuttle ride, which the hotel provided which made our transportation easier.

Room was clean. Staff was painting outside my door until 9pm. The grounds were clean. The staff was informative and polite. The shuttle to the airport was on time and easy. The street noise in our room was very loud ALL night long. I don’t think there is any insulation in the ceiling (we had a 2 story unit) just tongue and groove and metal on top of it. You would need ear plugs to get a decent nights sleep. Would not return.

staff was very nice and helpful. the room we got was terrible and it wasn’t cleaned, there was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet and it smelled terribleee. the shuttle starts charging $20 after 1pm. not worth the price since what calls your attention is the free shuttle to the airport. casa roland charges $60 a night and includes breakfast and is wayyyyy nicer.
