House with three bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a laundry area with its own washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered garage for one car, and access via an electric gate. The house also features a full bathroom, a living-dining room, and a breakfast nook.
Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and their pets.
Starting in 2024, the property will have a drinking water tank with its own electric pump, holding over 1,000 liters in case of a water shortage, providing complete self-sufficiency.
Additionally, there is a medical clinic on the property that shares space with this
accommodation.
Our lodging is strategically located next to a Walmart supermarket, and we are 20 minutes from Costa Rica's main airport. We have a temperate climate ranging from 16°C to 25°C and are located in San Pablo de Heredia, in a central location with easy access to the cantons of San Rafael, Santo Domingo, San Isidro, and the Central Canton of the province of Heredia.
