The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious. The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the restaurants menu was great but not enough restaurants (3) The entertainment needs to be upgraded with a different vibes and musicians. Too old play list & depressive songs! The need to put more lounge music all over the hotel and especially around the pool area. Staff was ok but not sharp! I would recommend this hotel If you want peace & quiet.
