The house has Security 24/7, with 2 private parkings, is located in a perfect spot, a quiet residential neighborhood just 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the International Airport, 10 minutes from Walmart and other shops, groceries and cafes, 3 minutes from the Hospital and farmacy, 10 minutes from the market and the Center of San Jose. The space has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Living Room with a big and comfy sofa, Tv with Netflix/Prime video, a fully equipped Kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and a Balcony where you can relax. You will be able to access the swimming pool, the gym, the barbecues and patios, the hammocks, dining spaces all around and fire pits.
