This house is situated on a hill and features 2 stories plus a walk out basement. There fore there are stairs so not suite able for those with handicaps. The house is maintained by gardeners and has pool service, therefore these workers will be periodically working around the property. Full maid and concierge service including private chef is available for extra fees upon request.
