The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful

Room was not prepared according to what was detailed online. No working WiFi. Jacuzzi took 2 hours to even start warming up. We were instructed to not go on the outside net for safety purposes. Staff was very nice, but simply could not help. Very pretty view but very disappointing experience.

El servicio que recibimos estuvo lejos de ser lo que entendimos que sería al revisar la oferta que tienen en la página web, por lo cual nos parece excesivo el precio cobrado.No hay parqueadero; el sendero de acceso a la habitación es inseguro; los alrededores sin mantenimiento; deficiente calidad del desayuno.
