The location is excellent and the Wi-Fi is great, but the building itself has visible dust everywhere (both in rooms and common areas) and almost no climate control in the room, which means things can get very uncomfortable and sneezy very fast. The shower was nice, but the faucet was real finicky, at least on the fourth floor. For the price it's definitely competitive, but if you prioritize comfort, you might want to keep looking.

A terrible experience my room was filthy. The carpet was dirty. The windows were dirty bedsheets stain, and the parking garage price $60+ a night in a change on weekends insane

The room had everything we needed. We stayed during the Superbowl and had no issues running into other guests when we needed the shared shower or bathroom. It was cleaned and well maintained and we were very happy with our stay. The weather was great, so no AC was not an issue for us. The ceiling fan and window was all we needed. But if it was hotter outside, we may have struggled without it. Great customer service and great location. We dont ask for a lot when we travel and are happy with all the basics. But if you prefer a four seasons, then obviously look elswhere!

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past few years. The room quality hasn’t changed much and needs an upgrade . However my stay this time was one of the worst I’ve experienced and most likely will.be the last time I stay. There . The room was on the second floor and around 1 1AM delivery trucks began to show up and the entire night it was loud as a stadium out front and I don’t know who is more at fault . They should comp me a room for getting maybe an hour of sleep the entire night . We shall see
