Room was quite old and battered. Bed was comfortable, and shower was great - hot water and powerful. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. Great location in nice area for coffee shops and Fisherman's Wharf.

I get it, it’s a motel 6 but I thought maybe it wouldn’t be that bad. We got in, the feel was off.. no smoking in the rooms, so there’s like a smoking party outside, smelled so bad. The rooms reeked of smoke. I felt so bad because the front desk was super nice, the check in was fast and easy but we checked out within 20 mins. I couldn’t handle the smell and the noise, It was just very uncomfortable.

This motel is doing some I thought illegal. They are charging you the deposit instead of a hold. This will incur interest charges for some. Some may even forget if they forgot to reimburse it back

Charged us 4 times as much cash for parking (per night) yet the sign in the office and online says a flat rate of ten dollars. Im pretty positive they weren’t being honest about the parking fee.

The room was run down and in unclean. The floors in the bedroom were soft felt like we were going to fall through at any moment. The safety lock on the door was useless as the door jam was broken. Did appear that the room and been cleaned before we checked in. There was soda that had been spilled on the nightstand and hair in the bathroom. It was cheap but I didn’t expect what we got. Stay somewhere else. Pay a little more.

The room smelled like cat pee. They charged my card 100 said it was a security deposit and it would be return and they did charge my card and no we did not damage anything. Try calling and get no answer. Do not recommend staying here.
