Very clean property and the staff is AMAZING! We had to stay here because our son is a UCSF patient on chemotherapy for his autoimmune condition. Once the staff new about our situation they helped us tremendously. They upgraded our room to help with my son, gave us breakfast vouchers and a 10% discount that they did not have to give. We will be staying again at this location as we have another appointment coming up on December 1, 2025! Thank you to the staff at IHG Intercontinental SF. We will see you again soon.

Excellent hotel. I have visited San Francisco in numerous occasions and, for price and value, this is the best hotel in downtown SF. The restaurant could benefit from a wider choice of menu, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Recommend the Indian restaurant Amber India. Great food and excellent service. For a quick bite, try The Chieftain Irish pub by the corner.
