From the outside it looks beautiful however once in the room there was much that needed to be worked on. Cabinets had stains. Dishes were dirty in the shelves. Stains were left on the walls. It felt as if they didn’t properly clean the room before we checked in. This was to be expected as they didn’t have a room available for us when we got there. They had to call someone to come and clean one fast even thought we had booked weeks in advance. Altogether I won’t be coming back to stay at this specific hotel.

We stayed for one night. The exterior of the hotel was very nice. The lobby was also very welcoming. Our room was not ready at check in time so we had to come back in a couple hours for check in. Honestly, disappointed in the hotel. There was four of us but we were only given 1 bath towel. We went to ask for more towels and was only given 2 more. The room should have been stocked with towels since they asked us to come back for check in. For one night, it was doable but I wouldn't stay for a week. The rooms had a lot of wear and tear. The carpets need a really good carpet cleaning, both in the rooms and in the hallway. Visible dirt and mud observed on the carpets. Breakfast was decent. Be prepared to pay for parking. Parking spots were tight and compact.

The room and hotel was super clean which was nice we had a 1 bedroom king suite. Unfortunately our ceiling light and tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The other room tv worked when we called the desk they said there was no maintenance. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Hot tub wouldn’t turn on the first day but worked the second. We also phoned the front desk for more towels were told to come to the front desk and I did immediately and no one was there I waited for 15 minutes went back to the room tried calling the front desk again and wasn’t answered for the remainder of the night.

The room was clean. The kitchen had necessary items stocked. The toilet in our room was had low water pressure in the tank so the toilet would not move waste. I called the front desk twice. No maintenance on duty. Check out is in an hour and a half. We can't flush the waste from the toilet. Were using the bathroom over waste.

This property was perfect for our family of 6! The rooms were spacious with a fully stocked kitcken. It was quiet, safe and great. The breakfast in the morning was also really good.

I booked a 2-bed room at Homewood Suites Belmont, CA for $166, but the stay was completely unacceptable. When I checked in, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room temperature was 86°F, unsafe and impossible to stay in. Staff came to look at it but couldn’t fix the issue. I had 3 young kids with me. They then offered to move me to a one-bed room, even though I specifically booked and paid for a two-bed room. Despite the downgrade, they refused to adjust the price or issue a refund. This was not my fault, yet I was expected to settle for less than what I reserved. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right reflects poorly on Hilton’s standards. I would not recommend this location unless management seriously improves its customer service and maintenance.
