El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Vacation Rental Condo 11-2

Deluxe El Dorado Ranch (EDR) San Felipe rental villa fully furnished for the ultimate vacation experience. Includes golf pass.  Step outside the back door to a community pool and spa that feels like your own, or take a short walk to the beach and the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy the pickleball courts across the street and the larger La Palapa community pool nearby, where weekend food and beverages are available during the peak season. Play the 18-hole golf course (pass included, a $45/day value), and enjoy the games and activities planned by the EDR activities team at the Pavilion restaurant and golf pro shop.

This non-smoking unit provides reliable high-speed satellite internet, along with two smart TVs. There are two master bedrooms, first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed plus twin bed. Walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom are included. Relax in the jacuzzi bathtub, and enjoy your coffee on the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool. You’ll love the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with every necessity, including an air fryer that does a great job of grilling meat, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is included in the unit as well. 

24-hour security in the gated EDR community ensures that you and your possessions are safe. In addition to the two-car garage, you can park your desert toys, 4x4s, ATVs, and trailers in the RV lot across the street. Note that off-road vehicles may not be used in the La Ventana del Mar section of the community where this rental is located.

No woodburning or propane fires or BBQs are allowed at the condos or pools. A dedicated BBQ area is available near the entrance to the beach. 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

 

This rental comes with 4 Pool Passes Only. (Children 14 and younger do not need a pool pass.)
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. 
Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. 
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

 
Off-Road Vehicles:  No off-road vehicles are allowed in La Ventana del Mar section of the community.  Exception is made for race teams participating in major races like like Baja 250.

Check In Time: 3:00PM - 7:30PM.  After 7:30PM, there is a $25 extra check-in fee.
Check Out Time: 11:00AM

Monthly Rentals - Utilities are extra.  Utilities are Internet, Electricity, Water and Propane.
