Condo 76-4 (The Star of the Sea) is a beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental in El Dorado Ranch where you can step out your door right onto your sandy beach and the soft lapping of sea waves.

Enjoy morning walks for miles, shell hunting, or gathering clams for dinner. This model home has all the little extra decorator appointments and upgrades. Enter through sweeping spiral stairs into the open concept living and dining areas.

An additional eating bar and upgraded granite high-end kitchen opens to the living area, perfect for relaxation and socializing while preparing meals, either from the kitchen or on the beach patio. This San Felipe Vacation Rental has 3 spacious master suites — 1 California King and 2 Queens — providing comfort and privacy for your entire group. Washer and dryer are for long-term renter use only.

This rental comes with 6 adult pool passes only — no option to get more passes. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.

Monthly rentals available with utilities extra (internet, electricity, water, propane) and a utility security deposit. No off-road bikes/ATVs allowed unless participating in Baja 250. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
