Casa Barber is a cozy three-bedroom, multi-level retreat in the heart of San Felipe. It can sleep up to 6 guests and is located just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach.  Bring an  or air bed 2 more guests welcome for maximum occupancy of 8 guests

This 2,200 square foot luxurious home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and an outdoor patio that is perfect for entertaining.

The main entrance of the home is on the second level. When you walk through the front door, you have the option to either go upstairs or downstairs. When you go downstairs, you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower sliding glass doors. As you continue down a narrow hallway, you will find yourself in the main living room. 

The main living room in this beautiful home features soft sofas, locally inspired artwork, and a flat-screen TV that sits up against an exposed brick wall. Wood accents and modern decor make this lounge area feel comfortable and welcoming. A dramatic brick arch serves as the transitional point from the living room out to the expansive shaded patio and outdoor kitchen.
 
Directly off of the living room is the formal dining area. For families who enjoy eating dinner together, the dining room is the perfect place to do it. From the dining room, you can look out of the sliding glass doors onto the balcony and out over to the beach.

San Felipe has many local restaurants that you have to try while you're in the area. But there will be some nights when you want to cook dinner at home. On these nights, having shopped for groceries in town, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. This retro-inspired chef's kitchen features bold blue tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. The dual sinks and dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a family meal, and the drawers full of utensils and kitchen gadgets make it easy to cook just like you do at home. The spacious kitchen makes it easy for more than one cook to work their magic! No dish washer.
 
Set off of the kitchen on the right-hand side of the house, you will find the first bedroom and a laundry room.  

The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that overlook the balcony. This private and comfortable space features and elegant wood dresser, a wall-mounted mirror, two nightstands, and decorative bedside light fixtures, perfect for bedtime reading.
 
From the front door, if you head upstairs, you will find the additional bedrooms.
 
The second bedroom features one full-size bed and one twin size bed. The soft color scheme, bright floral linens, and plush carpeting make this a quiet and peaceful place for both kids and adults to relax after a busy day at the beach. This room also has private access out to the balcony via sliding glass doors.
 
The third bedroom has two twin size beds, and bright white, rose, and purple color tones. Wood accents, large windows, and private access out to the balcony make this room a cozy yet contemporary space to relax. Guests in this room have access to a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Ample store space in the closets.

The spacious balcony and outdoor kitchen are definitely the highlights of this impressive home. The stainless steel grill allows you to change up your dinner routine and enjoy grilled meats and veggies with a view. This sprawling private balcony overlooks the beach in the distance and offers a safe and shady place to entertain friends and family. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez, and there are plenty of lounge chairs set up throughout the balcony, making it a perfect place for a romantic dinner or high-energy dinner party.

The fourth bedroom has three twin size beds with bright red comforters and soft pillows. This ground floor bedroom has a bold accent wall, whisper-quiet ceiling fans, and a floor to ceiling built-in shelving unit with hundreds of books to choose from. 

This home has three bedrooms that can accommodate ten people. Bring a few extra air mattresses to accommodate more friends and family, up to a maximum of 8 people.    

Start a pot of coffee and sneak out to the front patio for a peaceful way to start your morning. The front of this home overlooks the quiet neighborhood street, where you can watch the sleepy town of San Felipe come awake each day. From this beautiful home, you are just a short walk to the beach and quick drive away from some of San Felipe's most popular tourist attractions, fishing spots, golf course, restaurants, and local boutiques.
