There are two bedrooms.   One bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. These total of 3 beds comfortably sleep 4 guests.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times, Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival, you'll have 2 cards available per unit, leaving a $50 dollar deposit for each card which is 100% refundable!!

NOTE:  Guests provide all needed towels

Budget Vacation Rental San Felipe

The area is beautiful, but the condo was poorly designed and poorly maintained. No wifi, no TV, you definitely get what you pay for. Living room and kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs is a very bad design. Toilets in both bathrooms leaked water on the floor when flushed. Decks with beautiful views but no deck chairs or sun screens. We selected this property because of the pet friendly policy, but we will not stay here again.
