This Beachfront Casita, is located on a large 1 1/2 acres beachfront lot on the road San Felipe-Puertecitos. (Right on Km Marker #38), 30-minute drive South of San Felipe.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Very clean room very clean property. Amazing host and great communicator. Very family friendly do arrive before sun down that would be the best thing and do get essential items before heading down to the property. Overall I would come back soon with my kids. Dont skip this listing
