Jerry's San Felipe Beach Club Condo #5 is located on the 3rd floor of the building.  There are two bedrooms in this rental.  There are four other two-bedroom beach condos in the building.  Rent this condo and the other 4 condos and this will be the perfect place to host a family gathering, reunion or use as a corporate retreat. 

Modern contemporary furnishings is just the beginning of your treat when you chose this as your San Felipe accommodation.  This vacation rental has amazing views of the enchanting Sea of Cortez from both the private balcony and rooftop entertainment terrace. The rooftop terrace, in addition to the incredible views mentioned, has a shared charcoal BBQ grill and seating.  Optional for guest to bring an extra grill.

The first bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, while the second bedroom has a equally comfortable full size bed.  The living room is nicely decorated with lots of space.  The kitchen and dinning space are divided by a counter bar which is a favoirte gathering spot.
