Welcome to Mission Beach California. Less than a 60 second walk to the beach or relaxing bay. This home has everything you want with upscale modern design and amenities that you won’t get anywhere else. Seconds away from biking, boating, surfing, etc. Shops and great restaurants and coffee houses. This is a true gem in the heart of mission beach that you don’t want to pass up!

Things to note prior to booking:

-House comes with two small off-street parking spots. Large vehicles will not fit in the carport. Street parking is not always readily available during peak season. If you are uncomfortable parking in tight spaces I would not recommend our home.

-Upstairs master bedroom is loft style. No door between 2nd and 3rd floor.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Tremendous location

The property is in a great location. 30 seconds to the beach. Many restaurants and bars within a very short walk. No idea when it was renovated, but the owners did a great job. Well appointed, very clean. Nothing but positives to say with the exception of the "parking space". Yes, the owners are honest in telling renters that the space is small. It is VERY small. I was able to get our Audi 5 series in the space with 3 inches on one side and just about enough to crawl out the drivers side. We loved everything about the house, but would need to drive a smaller car in order to rent again. All this said, for the right car owner this is a very good value.

Stylish place in an awesome location

A well-styled place just a few steps from the boardwalk and very centrally located in what seems was right between pacific and mission beaches. Also within a short walk from little restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. We slept on the bed upstairs and it was very comfortable. Angelo was very communicative with us and answered questions quickly. The parking spaces are tight so I would suggest having a small to medium sized car versus an suv or larger.
