The place was not very clean, the bathrooms had hair in the floor. It smelled odd maybe because it was old. I’m glad I ended up only bringing one child because the place was super small! I felt like it was way overpriced for what it was.

This home is clean, updated, and well-appointed. A very nice, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for a family visit during the holidays. (You’d never guess how close it is to a busy college campus!) The hosts were responsive and helpful as I was planning the visit, the check-in and -out was easy, and they provided a lot of helpful information for their guests. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our time here! Harrison was so nice and responsive to anything we needed. Our kids loved playing outside with all the toys, and we enjoyed the hot tub as well - very relaxing after a long day. Everything was very neat, clean and welcoming. The house was very kid friendly with a highchair, pack and play travel crib and kids utensils/plates which we really appreciated. We would love to come stay again in the future!!

Great place to stay! Very thoughtful touches like the folder with the restaurant recommendations and free ear plugs (although we didn't need them). Our kids enjoyed the jigsaw puzzle.

Our stay here was great. The place is lovely and worked very well for the 6 of us. The private fenced yard gave the kids a wonderful place to run around and burn off some excess energy. The beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a healthy breakfast and dinner easily. We would be very happy to stay here again next year.

Appealing, quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly what we needed for our stay! We appreciated the little touches to engage the youngsters, from books to climbing cushions and an assortment of family entertainment. The hot tub was perfect after an exhausting day at the zoo and the bathroom toiletries are much appreciated. The house is located in a good area only about 20 minutes from the zoo and airport, and maybe 5 minutes from the store. We stayed from a Thursday to Sunday and the neighborhood was quiet despite it being located in a college area.
