Bad Experience - Not Worth the Money
My room was on the first floor, across the sidewalk from an ugly party tent (crowded, loud and no view). The non-blackout curtain was essentially completely transparent, so anyone walking by would be able to see directly into my room (no privacy). When I got into my room, there was a little bit of trash left in the trashcan. The bed was comfortable enough, but the ceiling is so thin, I could hear every step from the room above me. The maids didn't visit my room after the first (of 2) nights and the only time I saw one was at 7:15am on my checkout day, while I was getting dressed, because someone decided it was funny to steal my "Do Not Disturb" sign (and I went to the beach, so sand basically got and stayed everywhere). Parking on Saturday night was completely jammed b/c of weddings, so there wasn't enough parking for hotel guests, and to top it all off, I paid $39 a night in "resort fees" for a hotel that has a nice pool (which was closed) and a "fitness center" that was basically a few treadmills and ellipticals and didn't have so much as a single exercise mat or medicine ball.
