This property views well, as an updated SD listing, but has some significant drawbacks. It sleeps 10, but there are only 4 barstools for the eating area!!Not enough FR seating either (& the couch isn’t stable). MB was comfortable, only upstairs A/C unit is here, but we had to rig a wire hanger to our suitcase to keep the roller blind down.Dbl bunk beds in Room #2 are not meant for young children, as they are against the wall with a window-and limited access to closet. It’s tight!Other bedrooms are good. Front patio is really fun with firepit. Would not stay again with this size group 7/10

Great location and communication, but can use some improvements. Even though the title said "AC" there is only 2 split AC units without central air. The other 3 bedrooms had no AC which was a bit uncomfortable. Parking is a bit annoying. Was hoping to open windows through out the house but no window screens. One parking space available and the rest rely on street parking. Can be difficult at times. Amenities wise had every you need including beach chairs and ez up with was a plus.
