The room was clean, the staff was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the "upgraded" two room suite with a kitchenette was right next to the public laundry room and the facility's own laundry service. During the daytime, I don't mind the noises, but some guests were still banging around in the laundry after 11:00 p.m. I really didn't consider the room to be an upgrade.

The floor was unclean and located behind the refrigerator. Additionally, it was dusty under the sink. I am dissatisfied with the fact that the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. Given that I had young children, I required the floors to be mopped and vacuumed regularly. The front desk refuses to accommodate my request.

The fact that the housekeeping is only done aftet 7-day stay is ridiculous! I had dirty towels piled up for my 4-day stay! I had to request trash to get picked up! I had small children whom dropped crums and had to be without mopping sweeping or vacuuming. I do these things every sy home yet these people only every 7 days mind you I paid over 1200 yet the room and services were not up to expectations.

There is a standard for Sonesta hotels, and this property didn't meet those expectations. The property is dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and fish. toilet seat was broken and carpet in hallways was filthy. Front desk staff was great. Wouldn't stay here again.
