Shower floor/tub floor was dirty. Doors were dirty around handles. Light bulb burned out in bedroom. Breakfast was supposed to be included in daily rate. There was NO BREAKFAST! Kitchen was roped off. Completely closed.

Strong smells coming from Lobby restrooms. Can hear showers and people walking in floor above us. Limited fruit, only whole oranges, at breakfast. Fruit was advertised by obviously limited. Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.

We've stayed at this Sonesta Suites before and had a positive experience, but this time was marked by a not fully cleaned room, stained box springs, broken lamp and burned out bulb in the kitchenette area.
Would not stand up straight.
Too scared to check the condition of the mattress!

Absolutely the worst breakfast ever! Brewed in room coffee was also the worst I have ever tasted. Living room couch was old worn and its "cushions" were collapsed and therefore the seating was uncomfortable and abnormally low.

The only issue my friends and i had was that her bathroom had cobwebs in it , and she had hair on the bottom of the tub.. and the floor wasnt that clean.. and in my bathroom i had ants and my box of kleenex had 1 tissue in it other than that not anything else at all!! We were upgraded to a suite which was super awesome... no complaints there ! Beatiful room!!
