The stay and experience there and with the owner was absolutely great. The place was cozy and clean. He was on the spot with all needs that we're needing to be met.

We had some initial challenges locating the property and the owner was responsive and helpful. Finding and accessing the unit via the alley way was a little odd and the narrow pathway from the gate to the front door of the unit made it tough with large or heavy bags. Overall the VRBO had the bare minimum that was needed for the stay, but there were some bugs and very little noise insulation between this unit and the other rental sharing a wall with this one. There were also mild signs of water damage in the bathroom flooring outside the tub, likely because there isn’t a ventilation fan. I give it 3 stars because despite these challenges, it was located in a very walkable neighborhood and we enjoyed getting out of the apartment and into the local shops and restaurants.
