Room was sufficient without any extras. Not even a bottle of drinking water! Water vending machine only took quarters and was old and used. Credit card machines at check in were also broken? Seems no real pride of ownership? Immediate bombardment on email to visit their restaurant to buy breakfast! Not the classiest stay, but like i said, sufficient!

The water pressure is very low, the toilet takes 2 flushes each time, and the fire alarm went off in the morning and no offer of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I chose this hotel for a one night stay before taking a cruise. Its location is fantastic! I took the city bus from the airport and walked an easy ten minute walk to the hotel. It’s across the street from the heart of Little Italy. It’s a fifteen minute walk from the waterfront/the cruise terminal. The hotel has a fun beach theme. It feels like a glorified motel, particularly because each room opens onto an outside hallway. It’s more funky than fabulous. For the price and location, the hotel was a great choice for my one night. If I were staying in town longer I would look for a nicer place.

Reserved 2 rooms for my family and my in-laws. One room was flooded. Food is good at their restaurant but super slow. The night bartender very cool and good customer service. But the white guy in the morning very cold, missing alot of options from menu. No kids menu. And customer not great. We still game 20% tip plus on table tip. Remember PARKING is $55-85 a night.... AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE was sleeping i hr out of the WHOLE NIGHT, BECAUSE ECHOO ON THE FLOORING IS BAD, PEOPLE SCREAMING AT 1AM, 2AM, 3AM, 4AM, & 5 AM... NEVER AGAIN... THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THAT LITTLE ITALY IS LIKE E MIN AWAY, AND LOTS OF RESTAURANTS.
