When we arrived I talked to the front desk lady who said that even though I noted on my reservation that I needed a parking space, she said I should have called. She was so… rude. Clearly she doesn’t belong working in the hospitality industry. When I said, “So, you suggest I should park on the street?” She said she wasn’t suggesting anything. While it wasn’t so much what she said, it was as her tone that left a bad taste. This is not the way you want to greet guests. Everyone was nice after that first encounter.
The room was extremely loud. We stayed on the first floor and the upstairs guests kept us up all night every night. I don’t recommend this Inn if you’re traveling with children.
The location is nice and there are great restaurants within walking distance. You can’t beat the price. If you decide to stay here, stay in an upstairs middle room, unless you don’t mind noise.
