Whitewater views from 3rd floor and south facing (quiet side) condo. 2 ocean view balconies. Parking spot in garage and secure building. 2 elevators, & community hot tub. Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.
Make yourself comfortable in this condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

This accommodation was exactly as described. It was perfect for three people, and the view from our balcony was unbeatable. The location was convenient to grocery stores, drugstores, and plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as right next to beach. It was perfect for our needs.

So close to the beach, everything within walking distance, I couldn't ask for more. The condo was clean with a lot of extras, towels, beach equipment all of the amenities, I felt right at home. I really hope to stay with you again

A really great location if you want to be in the heart of the beach and boardwalk action. Many amenities are close such as Ralph’s, CVS and any number of bars and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The garage parking space is a godsend. 2 modern TVs, great beds and 2 bathrooms.The location can be a little noisy at night, especially on the weekend. Although the cable tv worked well, we were never able to get internet access for streaming and computer use. This may have been isolated bad timing. We hope to return in the fall.

We were looking for a place on the beach, where we were also close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, movie theatre's and churches. This property met all the requirements and more. It is a lovely pointed condo outfitted with every thing you need for a long term stay. The underground parking spot is great and nice to have a visitor spot as wellChris, the host was very communicative and made sure we had easy access on our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. You can't go wrong selecting this condo for a short/long term stay. Great value for the money.
