Comfortable bed but kind of tired hotel.

The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is very "tired". The reviews and ranking are correct, it is 5 or 6 level hotel. Beds are comfortable but the rooms are really old. Our bathroom had a tub that always had running water. No way to stop it. The hot water in the sink for the bar would make a full rotation so you had to delicately find the exact spot to stop the water. It was clean, but just really old. The bathroom fan sounded like a chainsaw, etc. It wasn't miserable and we were just there for the night, I would not want to be here for a longer stay. I think a little care can get this place to a solid & and make it much more enjoyable.

The room was very dirty and smelled like mildew. The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair on the bathroom floor and we had to clean the toilet before using it. The walls are very thin. The people above us were running around their room. We could not sleep. We decided to leave in the middle of the night and go home. Never stay here!

I wouldn’t stay here if the ro was free. I checked in and I knew I Messed up by booking this place. The kid at the check in counter was nice, that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. There was some shady stuff going on in the parking lots, the room smelled musty and the Place looked dirty. Yup I didn’t stay there and immediately asked for a refund “which I got”

It’s more like a Motel

When I book it said breakfast included. I woke up early and they only had coffee. The shower had rust. Rooms are very small. And the photos are misleading. Also, they charge $15 to park your car.

We stayed here at the end of July to meet up with family visiting from Arizona, and unfortunately the experience was awful. The room was dirty, with a strong smell of urine and musty, moldy carpet. Housekeeping had not even cleaned out the fridge — it still had old food left behind. At first, I thought the bites I got were from mosquitoes after visiting SeaWorld, but later I realized it was actually bed bugs from the hotel room. This was extremely upsetting and made what should have been a fun family trip very stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the minimum standard, and this property failed completely.

Just gross

While the staff was friendly and quick to respond to problems, the room itself was gross. There were stains all over the carpet and the couch. The door needed to be pushed harder than normal to be opened and closed. Would not stay here again.
