Great place to stay

We love this place. We took out 2 year old grandson this time for a weekend in San Diego. Excellent location that is isolated from the busier parts of town but still very close to shopping and other resources.The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped . Feels like being in Kauai. Great pool and pool bar with good food too. The Koi pond and trpical birds are a nice added touch. They have a couple nice restaurants on site as well as a very popular concert venue. Staff is friendly and attentive. This was our second time staying and it is now our go to place to stay in San Diego.

Great Anniversary Location!

Everything from the check in was great! Room was clean and our location was excellent. Zazu and JJ were our favorite sight to see! My only complaint is that the pillows were too small for a king size bed but other than that my husband and I had a great time celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary

Upgraded to a junior suite for our 43rd wedding anniversary. Was dissatisfied with the view of the parking lots & street. Was told by the front desk that most Jr. suites face the parking lot & street. She did manage to find a room facing Humphreys concert space. Room was clean, staff was very nice . Pool area was nice. Nightly band in the lounge which was fun.
