Discover this adorable 3-bedroom gem in San Diego. This tranquil house features 1 twin bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a peaceful getaway. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests can relax and unwind in this awesome space. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.SHORT TERM (SEPT. 1-DECEMBER 31) Furnished air conditioned home in very desirable Mount streets of Clairemont... utilities and wifi are included. We would like to rent to 2-3 adults and we have a no pet policy. This well-maintained home (freshly painted and updated kitchen and bathrooms) is located 15 minutes from Mission Bay and Pacific Beach, 15 minutes to airport, and downtown. It is minutes to Public Transportation, I-5, I-805 and I-163. It is walking distance to a huge assortment of stores and restaurants. There is a partial garage parking, off street parking and on street parking. The property has beautiful tropical landscaping with very private and peaceful backyard patio and pergola. We ask for 1 months rent and one month security at signing of lease.
