Check in was a little rocky-we showed up about an hour early, so we understood when told our room wasn't ready. Desk clerk took our phone number and said they would call when room was ready. We never got a call, so we called. Whoever answered said that was weird and they didn't take a number like that to contact. I went back to front desk, waited in line, finally got room keys. Then directions and map to get to room/building were not very clear. Letters on buildings hard to find, map and marking desk clerk made to get to room made it look like we drove to very end. We did and that was way too far. Then asked passing worker in golf cart and she directed us to wrong building. So it seemed unnecessarily challenging to just check in and find room. After that all staff and facilities were really great. Walls are thin, so you can easily hear occupants in adjacent rooms.

We had a great stay here! Quiet and nice to have a morning walk by the marina. We told them we were celebrating our engagement and they left us a sweet surprise in our room. The staff was exceptional and happily helped with anything you needed. Gym is small with minimal equipment. Both pools are in great condition with comfortable chairs which was an added bonus. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable!

Great place to go fishing and hang out by the pool and paddle board in the bay. We go here every year.
