Hice la reserva x medio de expedia app, y al llegar al hotel me dicen que NO hay reserva a mi nombre que no hay contrato con expedia para realizar cobros; me hicieron esperar 30min para que solucionaran el problema y me dieran mi habitacion; la cual no era como las fotos, el baño estaba en muy mal estado. Al estar dentro de mi habitacion llegaron a mi cuarto abrieron sin tocar la puerta para hacer la limpieza. Al solicitar apoyo para pedir un taxi la respuesta fue negativa, al decir que ellos no ofrecen ese servicio.

Aunque los pasillos y el área de recepción están limpios, es muy distinto en las habitaciones, especialmente en la ropa de cama. Las sábanas y las almohadas huelen mal, como si no hubieran sido lavadas luego del huésped anterior. El aseo del baño también es muy deficiente. Las toallas están todas deshilachadas. Los colchones están viejos e incómodos. El "desayuno" incluido es una broma, es solo mal café y pan frío.

The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex.

Es un fraude las habitaciones no se parecen en lo más mínimo a la fotografía, encontré basura debajo de las camas, los enchufes eléctricos no sirven ni el teléfono de las habitaciones, el portón del estacionamiento lo tiene que abrir y cerrar el huésped, no cuentan con una mesita para colocar las aletas ni con closets, nefasto; y por si fuera poco exigen pago por anticipado, No lo recomiendo ni regresaría a hospedarme aunque me pagarán!

No electrical outlets in room made for difficulty charging computer and phone. Free breakfast voucher was not explained to mean bread and coffee only, until after already eaten. Bathroom so small had to sit sideways on toilet to go. Not recommended for tall people. Staff very friendly and helpful

Se quedaron con un jabón de cuerpo y un desmaquillante. Fueron a hacer la limpieza y se lo llevaron, por desgracia nos dinos cuenta cuando ya no estábamos ahí. Por otra parte las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, no son como se muestran en las fotos en cuanto al tamaño.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse

Hace poco visite San Cristóbal de Las Casas y tuve la oportunidad de hospedar en este hotel, cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones cómodos, personal muy amable y sobre todo cuenta con una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo, sin duda lo recomiendo.
