Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Rental was not reserved although we had conformation and contact with supposed host.

NIGHTMARE!!! Arrived after 10:30PM after all day traveling cross coast with 2 kids to find out rental was not reserved. We had to piece together our trip after that.
