Neighborhood and proximity to beach, restaurants, freeway was great!! Do not be afraid to put your hard earned money in this rental! The owner was great to work with!! Comfortable beds, everything you needed for beach was great since we flew from east coast. Easiest departure of any home we have rented! Worth it!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, the house had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything - the home, the pool, the view - exceeded my expectations. After viewing the photos and reading the descriptions I was certain that the reality would not live up to the hype. However, the home very comfortably provided space for all 9 of our family members; the pool was even more attractive to all from the 5 year old granddaughter to the 72 year old grandparents; and every time I looked out to the ocean the view took my breath away. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! Thank you!
This grandson set his alarm to 8:58 every morning so he could jump in the pool at 9, when pool hours began.

We were welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with all sorts of great things and the property management team is next level - quite literally at your beck and call. Great Host! Very nice house!

Beautiful location, Attentive host, Memories with Family

Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!

Annual early Thanksgiving family celebration

The “western White House”, as it is nicknamed, lived up to every rave review. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and has incredible ocean views. The house is nicely laid out, well stocked, and has a spectacular pool with hot tub and water slide. To top it off, the owner was exceptionally communicative and responsive. We highly rethis beautiful home!!

Hill top home with views

Beautiful and interesting home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. Gorgeous landscaping and inviting fun pool/spa. We were an elderly group with several family members experiencing mobility issues. It was nice to have a single story home with walk-in shower options and grab bars. All beds comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with easy to use appliances. Beach towels, paper items, supplies all provided. Host was welcoming and provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. Questions/concerns answered timely. Highly recommend this lovely home. You won't be disappointed.

The location of this large home was a perfect jumping off spot for our week! We needed at least 5 bedrooms, and wanted a backyard amenity like the pool space at this home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishware and coffee cups (we drink a lot of coffee!☕️) We enjoyed the pool and kitchen area tremendously! A great space for a family reunion or friend travel trip!

Great for family gatherings

Grandma and two families- 5 kids in all. Add we all had a great time! Plenty of space for sleeping, playing and getting away for quiet when needed. The pool was a huge hit, although it took a couple of days to get the 4-year old to go on the slide 😄 Easy to get to the beach and restaurants although we did most of our meals at the house. Everything you need is there for cooking. Host is a communicator so no problems at all. Do it!

Great Home Base for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home and exploring the surrounding area during a week long stay with family. It was a quick drive to the beach, dining and nature. Location was also great because we had activities planned in both San Diego and the LA area. Bradley was great with communication and offering recommendations for activities in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Wonderful stay

We came to California for a family visit and this house provided a nice space with plenty of room for two families to stay comfortably and a nice pool with slide, hot tub, cliff side view of the ocean and only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Had all needed amenities for cooking and grilling at home. Plenty of tvs for variety of viewing preferences. The owner was highly available with great dinner and sunset suggestions. He was always very friendly and responsive to every need. If we ever stay in the San Clemente area, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Southern Cali

This place was awesome for our trip to Southern California with our kids and grandkids. Great location, wonderful house and back yard. It was comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts are very attentive and great communicators.
