Negative Experience

Booked hotel due to unplanned funeral. I booked deluxe suite with two queen beds and we were provided one bed and one sofa pull out with no explanation on change. In addition the lobby host stated it’s problematic when “people” book through other sites. Terrible experience and did not get room booked after traveling with elderly parents.

I have a few things to say: the restaurant next to the pool was never opened in the evening. And on the day we did go in the day; it was closed. I called the front desk with my cell phone and they took forever to answer. I asked to be transferred to the restaurant and they NEVER answered my phone call; neither from my cell phone nor from the room. It was gross to know there was more than one couple having intercourse in the pool. Gross! I had to get out!! The golf cart driver made some kind of negative remark: seemed upset.
