Not recommended for families with little children.

I check in around 4 Pm and had to leave as fast as I could cause we were late I came back 4 hours later. This time I had a chance to check the room and noticed the whole room was filthy. I went back to the reception tried to cancel and she told me was too late. I had to find a better hotel to stay the night.

Location was ok, but room has smell when we get in at night, AC wasn't on. Room size is ok, but the breakfast was awkward no tea, no egg, no juice just has coffee and pan cake. I told the front desk people to at least have tea bags and milk. We did not take breakfast at the hotel and went to Dunkin Donets. Hotel should remove Free Breakfast from their website so the customer will not confuse. Overall rating is 3 out of 6.

Good service, hotel needs upgrades

We stayed at Super 8 in Redlands, CA, for two nights while attending an event at NOS Events Center. Check-in was smooth since we booked through Hotels.com. However, our room, while "cleaned," was not actually clean. We had to wipe down surfaces, Swiffer the floor, and freshen up the space ourselves. The bed was comfortable, and the TV and free WiFi worked well. On our second day, our shower leaked, flooding the bathroom. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue and clean up, which we appreciated. However, the room needs updates—our sink was coming loose from the counter, and housekeeping seemed to prioritize speed over thoroughness. Breakfast was minimal, with pancakes, granola bars, and concentrated juice. While the staff was responsive, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing, especially for the price ($640 for two nights). Unfortunately, we likely won’t return.
