Terrible staff member named carrie, who seemed to have personal vendetta against me. my third day of staying there.She tried to tell me that I wasn't in the system.And said, I needed to immediately vacate my room. The manager confirmed that I was able to stay and that I had been there and there had to be some mistake because I had already paid for another night. the final night that I was there.Carrie made me switch rooms right before.I was about to go start my day and get errands done.Because you said they needed to fix the bed. So I had to pack up my stuff and move to another room, and they could have easily fixed the bed while I was out for the day. A very huge inconvenience

Absolutely horrrible..terrible customer service ..homeless outside by front doors and roaches in bathroom and in shower. Bedding was dirty...horrible horrible experience and the mgr wont even return my calls and nobody ever answers the phone ...

The staff was unorganized, didn't have my room ready even tho I had already booked it online and I'm handicap and then I had to go pick up my tickets and they got rid of my room and then gave me a regular room and when I got into my room there was a bug crawling on the ground
