A great apartment with amazing views from the terrace, lounge and main bedroom across the sea and towards the sand dunes of Maspalomas.It's well equipped with lots of utensils, cutlery and crockery. We were here in late Feb/early March and had full sun on the very private terrace from mid morning until the evening and then we had stunning sunsets.There are supermarkets, restaurants, a couple of bars close by. The bus stop is about a 15 min leisurley walk away which enables you to travel around the island.Its a shame that there are no windows in the room with bunk beds. Also there are 69 steps from the car park up to the apartment which could be challenging on a hot day or for people with mobility issues. We would have no hesitation however to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment which was very comfortable.Also, thank you to the team for allowing us to stay a little longer upon check out due to a late flight, it was appreciated.

Der Lager, die Aufsicht, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten und die Küchenausstattung sind 10/10 einfach super, toll! Ich war sechs Tage in der Wohnung, die genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern, allerdings etwas kleiner als angenommen. Für vier Personen ist sie jedoch zu klein. Die Schiebetür, Schlafzimmertür und Toilettentür sind nicht gut zu bedienen. Die Toilette und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster, was die Belüftung erschwert. Insgesamt war gut. Ich würde eher für ein Pärchen empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus (nur etwas kleiner als angenommen, was uns in keinster Weise gestört hat). Unbeschreiblich schön ist der Blick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer und wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft, hört man sogar das Meeresrauschen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diverse Restaurants und natürlich der Strand mit Promenade sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Bushaltestelle um nach Puerto de Mogan oder Las Palmas zu kommen, ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren 14 Tage hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen - absolut zu empfehlen!

👍 Místo v uzavřené kolonii apartmánů a malých domků s krásným výhledem na krásnou pláž San Augustin. Pěkná prostorná terasa, obývací pokoj s TV a vybavenou kuchyní. Internet velice kvalitní a rychlý. Pohodlná manželská postel v ložnici bez klimatizace. Ani v červenci nebyla potřeba, stačilo spát při otevřeném okně. Absolutní soukromí. Možnost parkovat v areálu. Hostitelé nás přivítali osobně, předali klíče a byli po celou dobu nápomocni při řešení případných technických potíží. Domluvíte se bez problémů Anglicky. Při pobytu nad 7 dní proběhne jeden úklid a výměna ložního prádla a ručníků. V blízkosti jsou restauraci a supermarket Spar. 👎 Přístup po schodech není vhodný pro vozíčkáře a lidi se sníženou schopností pohybu. Chybělo pár věcí, jako třeba plech do trouby, ale to hostitel obratem vyřešil. Součástí by mohl být slunečník na pláž, který jsme zakoupili a nechali ho pro další hosty. Patrová postel v malé ložnici nebyla tak pohodlná, navíc místnost nemá okno, takže pro spaní horší vzduch. V kuchyni se pohybovali maličcí mravenci.
