Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.



The ground floor consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, which is open to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, a living/dining room, connected through big glass sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool area, and a toilet. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a solarium terrace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a complete private bathroom and a large gazer window with views to the golf course. The second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, sharing a complete bathroom, and one of them has direct access to the solarium terrace. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.

Lovely well-located villa

We loved the outdoor area and the heated pool. It was a great outdoor space with nice views of the golf course. Well located for the Spar and restaurant. Big garage so we could keep the car safe and cool. Lots of things were provided that we weren't expecting like dishwasher tablets. Beds really comfy. Maintenance was great for pool and garden, and the villa itself was really clean. There was noise from nearby construction but that shouldn't last too much longer. The kitchen was an odd design but worked ok for the three of us.

Mooi huis, ruim, leuk gedecoreerd, mooie tuin en buitenruimte. Uitzicht op golfbaan. De weg loopt vlak langs het huis. Niet heel druk, maar al wel vroeg verkeer. Zodra je het resort verlaat, is het landschap wel erg kaal en maan-achtig. Dat geldt voor een groot deel van het zuiden van Gran Canaria.eiland

Great villa very clean and nice location, Was well maintained with gardeners pool, cleaning etc We had to chase for housekeeping and saw nothing of the representative post check-in but her communication on WhatsApp was very good Could have done with a villa information sheet for the property and resort in general Would book again

Die Bilder im Inserat suggerieren eine größere Villa. Mehr Negatives kann ich nicht berichten. Haus ist toll, Ausstattung und Lage erstklassig. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen und gehe davon aus, dass ich nicht das letzte mal dort war.
