Nice place with a nice atmosphere

Quite nice place, at least by my room, which was a high categori of price. Nice and friendly service. Facilities OK with outside bar/sandwiches, inside kitchen with hot plates, fridge, cofee machine. Central situated near Yumbo Center. But buildings and area around need some refurbishing.

DESAGRADABLE SORPRESA CON EL ANEXO

No conocemos el complejo principal que tenia buena pinta. Al llegar nos dijeron que nuestra reserva era para el anexo, complejo que se encuentra al lado pero separado del principal. Primera noticia, en nuestra reserva no se advirtió nada. Es un sitio agradable y con una muy buena situación, pero las instalaciones están desatendidas y el complejo es viejo, no hay bar o cafetería, ni aire acondicionado en las habitaciones que son bastante viejas. (Cerraduras que no cierran, cocinas, baños viejos). Mi recomendación a los viajeros es que se aseguren si reservan de que estarán en el complejo principal. Por cierto este comentario tb va para esta web donde reservamos el Hotel.

Disappointing Annex

The complex is described as having air-con and being recently reformed, apparently this only applies to the main complex, NOT THE ANNEX across the road. Very poor quality of room at the annex. No air-con or ceiling fans which for the height if summer in Gran Canaria isn't good. Unfortunately the hotel management are refusing to speak to Hotels.com on a Sunday, they must wait till Monday!
