Situated in one of the island's best golf resorts, with magnificent golf courses, and just 10 minutes from the famous Maspalomas beach, this southeast-facing villa offers stunning views. Surrounded by nature, peace, and tranquility, it allows for a relaxing stay in the best part of the island, very close to its main tourist attractions but without the noise of its streets and shopping areas. It is perfect for a holiday enjoying sports activities such as golf, cycling, or hiking, or simply for relaxing with yoga sessions, massages, and walks surrounded by nature.



The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, connected through large sliding glass doors to a covered terrace, and a separate bedroom area with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor consists of another double bedroom with two single beds, a third small bedroom with a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. The villa has a lovely private garden and a private heated swimming pool.
