Bien situé ,à 5 minutes du Cita et 10 minutes du Yumbo .Calme, ne donnant pas sur un axe routier avec du passage. On regrette le manque d'une boîte aux lettres extérieur pour y déposer les clés, lors d'un départ tôt le matin...
