Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
First Off, The Stay is Listed Under A Set Price Once you Book They Charge Your Card an Additional 300-800 for a deposit that will be refund 24hrs AFTER YOU CHECK OUT WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT. Secondly I’ve Requested and Paid 50 for an early check in and that was Unfulfilled. I got to the Property early waiting to get inside and had to sit and wait 2hrs in the heat. I called Multiple times No one Ever Answered. Only form of Communication is Texting through messages which is inconvenient in certain cases I recieved one called and I was Misinformed and Mislead in which they stated the cleaners had arrived and They didn’t arrive until Way after the Agreed early check in time. Lastly, When I finally checked inside the home it was very Hot inside I tried turning down the air for it to be cooler and It’s Controlled you can Only turn Down to 68 degrees Which is insane in this weather even at night it was still hot as there are only vents in certain areas. Overall this was a very Horrible experience.
