This property is a hundred miles from the online advertisement. Up arrival we found the weed filled front yard was over grown. The backyard had a falling fence trash and a gate which was secured by a stone.Additionally,the back yard was filled with broken tools and trash.Both interior and exterior have visible signs of recent foundation problems. The most troubling thing was the inability to enter the house due to a faulty smart lock. We notified the third party property MGMT company. They unlocked it remotely. We informed them that we would not be staying and we would alert perspective visitors to the conditions of this property. Finally, I have the receipts to prove every statement made in this review.
