We were initially given a room with used towels laying on the beds and counters. Beds were made but obviously used. We were given a new room but pillows had hair on them and bedding looked dirty. Breakfast was listed; however there was only coffee available.

Tub was gross. Checked in at midnight. Tired I went to sleep. Did not see tub til next am. I just placed a towel inside the tub to cover its nastiness. I stood on towel and showered that way.

Internet was not working. Floor was filthy, room was roach infested. I went through half a can of roach spray in 3 days. I had to keep using disinfecting wipes through out the room. Tub was disgusting, major leak where the faucet never turned off. The office chair was good, but the lounge chair in the room had multiple stains on it. Blow dryer looked it would catch on fire if used. Microwave smelled burnt. Can’t even say if the bed was comfortable or not as I barely slept. Lobby was not open when I checked in, I had to use a side window. After spending one night I tried to cancel my reservation, but that was not possible.

Pictures don’t match reality. Room was extremely dirty. Walls not painted, not sure if it was molded or not but it looked like it might be. Definitely water damaged though. Wasn’t comfortable taking a shower due to the condition of the bathroom. We decided to leave after discovering 3 bugs in our beds.

There was very limited breakfast offerings. A pancake machine was the only hot option and broken. I asked and the staff said it was to be fixed. The swimming pool has trash in it and the staff said the cleaning people were busy. We are day 3 and still not clean. I doubt there any chemicals in it either. Our room had different paint across the walls. My daughter said it looked like a cow. The best part was the water pressure. It’s fairly cheap and safe to me. Close to local attractions and restaurants. If you just want to sleep it would satisfy your needs if you want a cheap room with no amenities it’s for you. The beds are too soft to me as well.
