The staff were polite and helpful when we spoke with them, which we appreciated. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues during our stay. The hair dryer was broken and left in an unsafe condition, the refrigerator had a moldy odor, and shampoo was missing. We also requested housekeeping service, but the room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced as requested. Fresh towels were only provided the following day after another request. I hope the hotel can improve room maintenance and housekeeping consistency for future guests.

The room was adequate and clean, some of the plugs didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t fully close. The hallways had a little smell to it… The breakfast was very bad and made me ill (85/100 food safety rating and I see why). I peeked into the kitchen and it was dirty (think smelly mop water…) Do not eat their breakfast.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at this Quality Inn. I checked in and immediately realized the room was completely unacceptable. The first room had multiple cleanliness issues and did not appear properly prepared for a guest. The front desk moved me to a second room, but it was somehow even worse... Dirty, poorly maintained, and not a space anyone should feel comfortable staying in. I ended up leaving the property within minutes because neither room was usable. This was incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially since I had to scramble to find another place to stay late at night. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said: the property should not be renting out rooms in this condition. Guests deserve better, and management should seriously address the state of their rooms and overall quality.

I noticed whole grains of uncooked rice near the desk in the living area, the refrigerator’s freezer was in DIRE need of defrosting, the shower kept standing water, and a roach was crawling across a hand towel on the sink the next morning. The sink in the living quarters looked as though it had not been cleaned in QUITE some time, an ottoman appeared to have burn spots (presumably cigarette) on it, and many of the areas appeared to need dusting. I had disinfecting wipes with me — per usual — but, I only expected to wipe over their “cleaned” areas, NOT be the one DOING the ACTUAL cleaning.
