Horrible place dont stay

Room was not in good conditions. The towel rod in the bathroom was broken. The sheets were dirty and the fitted sheet had something orange overall. When you check-in online it gives you the option to pay extra for a late checkout of 3pm but the property does not respect that. The man at the front desk is rude and condescending. He told us that it doesnt matter what the website says that they dont listen to their rules because the housekeeping lady has to go home and a life to live like to be waiting for us to leave until 3pm.

AC was okay, the third floor just had a musty smell, almost like a car that had been committed in that you can smell each time you get in the car, but dissipates soon. I believe their website said not pets at all, but when I checked in it gave me the option to upgrade for a pet.

While there was no one in front of me it took the three staff available 20 minutes to begin to start checking me in. I was told “someone broke the elevator button, stairs only to go up but elevator works down. I booked a non smoking room, but the hallway (third floor) stunk of cigarettes and the bedding in my room had multiple cigarette burns in the comforter. I get it, I’m staying in a cheap room, but there are usually much better options available for close to the same price nearby. I usually don’t leave reviews but this property was FAR below expectations.

Tthere were live ants actively crawling on our special needs son's bed. Our son is completely incapacitatrd and non verbal. We have video. Posting on Facebook.We canceled our stay after this. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

While checking in the front desk attendant wasnt very friendly. There was a guy standing nearby constantly watching us making us feel uncomfortable. Rooms were alright for what we paid. Front desk people seemed to have attitude when my daughters forgot their key and had to get a temp to get in their room. Breakfast was ok with the only options being either waffles or cereal. Not all the amenities were there. They said they have a snack bar/deli but they do not. They only have vending machines. We saw a roach in our rest room, and the hallway needed a vaccuum. The best service we recieved was while checking out. There was an older gentleman who took good care of us. All in all they stay was ok, but we wont be staying there again.
